Diamond to Co-Host Gardening Seminars

JONESTOWN – Rep. Russ Diamond (R-Lebanon) will partner with Penn State Extension to offer gardening seminars Thursday, Oct. 24, starting at 9 a.m.

Master Gardeners will present “Gardening for Pollinators” and “Applied Biology and Chemistry Sciences in Your Vegetable Garden” at Fairland BIC Church, 529 W. Penn Ave., Cleona.

“Master Gardeners undergo a year of training to build horticulture knowledge,” Diamond said. “Even those of us who can barely keep a cactus alive will be able to ask questions and learn how to improve our gardens whether they are big or small.”
