I'm not sure most people know how instrumental the original 1776 Pennsylvania Constitution was in shaping the US Constitution later in 1787. What an honor to represent the people of the 102nd District in a voting a session of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives held at the same location where both those documents, as well as the Declaration of Independence, were forged by our founding fathers.
